Annual award: “Sustainability Professional of the Year”
To highlight the vital role of sustainability leaders and inspire more companies to take action, Time4Society, in collaboration with the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (VBO-FEB) and with the support of sector federations, launched the Sustainability Professional of the Year award.
The Main Award, the Sustainability Professional of the Year recognizes individuals in Belgium who have implemented exceptional sustainability strategies within their organizations.
Each year, the second and third-place finalists – the Sustainability Ambassadors – are also honored for their outstanding achievements. Given that approximately 250 professionals are nominated annually, earning this recognition is a significant accomplishment. Like the main award winner, these ambassadors deliver remarkable results, proving that individual commitment can lead to meaningful progress in sustainability.
Sustainability Pioneers award is given to young innovators who launch groundbreaking initiatives combining sustainability and social impact. It serves as an encouragement to continue their efforts and scale their impact.
