Workshop 1: Time4OurPlanet

Objectives
  • Increase awareness of environmental impact, covering topics such as energy consumption, emission reduction, ecological footprint, responsible use of natural resources, and climate change.
  • Heighten ‘participants’ understanding of their personal environmental impact and the daily choices they make.
  • Strengthen team spirit by encouraging collective reflection on positive-impact initiatives that their team or company can implement.

Workshop 2: Time4OurTeam

Objectives
  • Deepen understanding of corporate social responsibility, including working conditions, diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and respect for human rights.

Workshop 3: Time4Leading

Objectives
  • Reinforce understanding of governance, focusing on transparent and ethical leadership, regulatory compliance, and organizational integrity.
  • Promote ethical and transparent leadership by helping participants identify their leadership styles, strengths, and areas for growth.
  • Enhance communication skills, enabling participants to observe, interpret, and engage effectively in diverse contexts and cultures.
  • Propose initiatives that support exemplary governance practices.

Workshop 4: Time4Sustainability

Objectives
  • Provide a holistic understanding of sustainability based on the 6P approach, linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the seven pillars of a sustainable company.
  • Develop practical skills using the 6P Challenge, a growth and monitoring methodology to guide businesses—both small and large—toward sustainable development.
  • Conduct assessments to analyze sustainability approaches, enabling actionable plans and measurable improvements.
  • Ensure long-term impact by defining priorities and implementing concrete actions.

Workshop 5: Time4Reporting

Objectives
  • Explain the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and its compliance requirements for organizations.
  • Provide a practical overview of financial and non-financial information to include in an integrated sustainability report.
  • Explore the concept of double materiality through brainstorming sessions, analyzing internal priorities (impact of sustainability on value and risks) and external priorities (impact of the organization on the environment, society, and economy).
  • Strengthen internal skills and raise awareness of the importance of a clear, compliant, and impactful annual sustainability report.
